National Visual Merchandiser – Luxury (Sandstone)

About the role
Join an international luxury brand with four South African stores as the National Visual Merchandiser. Based in Sandton, you will travel to Cape Town, Pretoria and Durban to ensure every boutique reflects the brand’s global standards while resonating with local tastes.
Key responsibilities
- Apply global brand guidelines to all South African stores and retail partners.
- Adapt window displays, floor layouts and product placements for local holidays and market preferences.
- Train store teams on visual storytelling, display styling and product arrangement.
- Collaborate with inventory teams to keep high‑demand items prominently featured.
- Maintain consistent luxury image across all locations and drive sales through compelling visual setups.
Required profile
- Minimum Grade 12 qualification.
- At least 3 years of visual merchandising experience in a premium or luxury clothing brand.
- Tertiary education is an advantage but not mandatory.
