National Manager: Enterprise Solutions and Data

About the role

The National Manager: Enterprise Solutions and Data leads the engineering and development function, providing strategic, technical, and operational direction for enterprise applications, custom software, and data capabilities across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Own engineering, delivery, and continuous optimisation of enterprise applications, integrations, data, analytics, and business intelligence platforms.
• Set engineering direction across application development and data domains, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, resilient and aligned with best‑practice standards.
• Drive adoption of modern engineering practices such as Agile, DevOps, and cloud‑native principles.
• Establish governance, standards and delivery models to achieve high‑quality, predictable outcomes.
• Act as a strategic partner to executive leadership and business stakeholders to enable digital transformation and data‑driven decision making.
• Build and lead a high‑performing national capability, overseeing senior leaders and managers.
• Manage workforce planning, vendor relationships, risk and quality assurance, and sustainable support models.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in enterprise solutions and data platforms.
• Strong strategic partnership skills with executive teams and business units.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, national engineering teams and manage senior managers.
• Experience establishing governance, standards and risk management frameworks.
• Capability to drive modern engineering practices and continuous improvement.
