Multimodal Operations Controller (Junior)

About the role

Join Innovazi Consulting's fast‑paced logistics team as a Junior Multimodal Operations Controller. This position offers the chance to develop expertise in import and export coordination across sea, air, and road freight while working with industry‑leading software.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage import and export shipments using multiple transport modes.
• Process and maintain shipment files accurately in CargoWise.
• Liaise with agents, clients, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and service providers.
• Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and within deadlines.
• Assist in resolving operational challenges and customer queries.
• Maintain compliance with internal procedures and industry regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Working knowledge of multimodal transport operations (sea, air, road).
• Strong A‑to‑Z process understanding and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
