Multimedia Designer

About the role

The Multimedia Designer will create and maintain high‑quality visual content that supports One&Only Cape Town’s marketing, sales and brand objectives. Working closely with the Marketing & Communications team, you will help shape creative campaigns that inspire guests and drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Design print and digital collateral that aligns with brand standards.
• Manage and organise the library of branded assets.
• Coordinate with external suppliers for production and delivery.
• Assist in the creation and editing of video content.
• Support revenue‑generating initiatives through creative visual solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Logical and creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Relevant tertiary qualification.
• 2‑3 years experience in graphic design or marketing support.
• Experience in luxury, tourism or hospitality environments preferred.
• Own transport and reliable, organised work ethic.
