Motor and Home Sales Agent (Telesales)

About the role

This role focuses on selling motor and home insurance products to customers via an office-based telesales environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and converting leads into active policies.

Key responsibilities

• Drive policy sales and achieve monthly targets
• Handle leads professionally and convert into sales
• Conduct needs analysis and match suitable products
• Handle objections and close sales effectively
• Provide competitive quotes where required
• Upsell additional products where possible
• Maintain a high level of customer service and compliance

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) RE5 qualification
• Minimum 3 years call centre sales experience
• Minimum 1 year outbound sales experience
• Minimum 2 years motor and home insurance sales experience
• Must meet FAIS and regulatory requirements
