Mobile Team Leader

About the role

Hollywoodbets is looking for a Mobile Team Leader to join its Purple Team in Abaqulusi, KwaZulu‑Natal. You will lead a group of sales agents, drive promotional activities and ensure the mobile betting channel meets its performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Area Managers to achieve sales and marketing targets.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions and events with support from the regional marketing team.
• Manage daily promotional activities, ensure marketing materials are available and in good condition.
• Monitor stock levels, produce daily stock reports and oversee cash‑up procedures.
• Measure promotion effectiveness using the Promo Tracker and conduct market analysis.
• Recruit, interview and onboard new sales agents in coordination with HR.
• Set daily targets, conduct performance reviews and manage HR/IR functions, including PIP processes.
• Organise continuous training on betting products, processes and compliance.
• Maintain booster vehicles, ensure branding and cleanliness, and schedule weekly inspections.
• Submit daily operational reports and handle any additional duties as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong ability to understand customer needs and manage diverse personalities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Post‑Matric qualification (preferred).
