Mobile Developer – Flutter

About the role

The Mobile Developer (Flutter) will contribute to Sun International’s cross‑platform mobile applications, building and maintaining features using Flutter and Dart. Working under the Senior Mobile Developer and Team Lead, the role focuses on UI implementation, backend integration and delivering well‑tested code within a regulated iGaming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement UI components and responsive layouts using Flutter widgets.
• Integrate mobile apps with backend services via REST APIs.
• Write well‑tested, maintainable code and unit/widget/integration tests.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and version control using Git.
• Integrate Firebase services for crash reporting, analytics and performance monitoring.
• Ensure mobile security through secure storage, HTTPS and token handling.
• Manage app deployment to Google Play Store and Apple App Store, including build and submission processes.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Development or a related field.
• 4+ years of mobile application development experience, with at least 2 years building Flutter applications.
• Working proficiency in Dart and a solid understanding of the Flutter widget tree and lifecycle.
• Relevant mobile development or Flutter certifications (advantageous).
