Mid‑Senior Designer – Marketing

About the role

Fedgroup’s internal marketing team is seeking a Mid‑Senior Designer to work within an established brand system and turn templates into compelling visual solutions. You will create digital, print and UI assets for a specialist financial services provider that has been innovating since 1990.

Key responsibilities

• Design digital marketing assets for social, email and web channels.
• Create engaging presentations and reports.
• Develop multi‑channel collateral that maintains brand consistency.
• Contribute to UI and digital product projects using Figma.
• Integrate AI‑assisted tools to improve speed and creativity.
• Refine and evolve existing design systems and templates.
• Collaborate with designers, strategists and marketers to raise overall quality.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating digital, print, presentation and UI work.
• Ability to deliver high‑quality output across multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience in an in‑house or high‑output agency environment.
• Strong design judgment and curiosity beyond a single discipline.
