Mid-level Unity Developer – Mobile Apps

About the role

We are looking for a mid‑level Unity Developer to join a fast‑growing team that builds engaging mobile applications for early learning. You will work on high‑impact products used by millions of children and families worldwide, shaping interactive experiences from concept to release.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex mobile UI features, including screens, animations, adaptive layouts, onboarding flows and payment processes.
• Design modular UI architecture using dependency injection (e.g., Zenject) to ensure maintainability and efficient component lifecycles.
• Work with Unity Addressables and remote content systems for content loading, version management and production stability.
• Implement automated testing (unit and integration) and support CI pipelines.
• Profile and optimise Unity performance and memory usage, handling garbage collection, TextMeshPro optimisation and allocation control.
• Participate in code reviews, reduce technical debt and mentor junior team members.
• Support release processes and production environments to guarantee reliability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional Unity development experience, primarily on mobile platforms.
• Strong grasp of object‑oriented programming, SOLID principles and design patterns.
• Proficient in C# with solid knowledge of asynchronous programming (Task, UniTask).
• Experience building responsive Unity UI, animations and complex interface states.
• Hands‑on experience with dependency injection frameworks such as Zenject.
• Practical knowledge of Unity Addressables and remote content management.
