Mid-Level Integrated Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Mid‑Level Integrated Graphic Designer to join Africology’s in‑house design team. You will translate our brand identity into compelling visual solutions across packaging, retail, digital content and campaigns, working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and update product labels, packaging, and promotional materials, ensuring they are print‑ready and on‑brand.
• Manage artwork from concept through production, liaise with suppliers, review proofs and coordinate quotes.
• Create engaging digital assets for social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), websites, email campaigns (Klaviyo) and digital advertising (Google Ads).
• Conceptualise and produce lifestyle photography and video content, performing post‑production edits.
• Support in‑store and campaign visuals, oversee stock receipt of printed materials and conduct quality checks.
• Research current design trends and brand strategies to inform creative projects.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio covering print and digital work.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines and collaborate closely with design leads and directors.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a commitment to brand consistency and production accuracy.

Required skills

• Desktop Publishing (DTP) and preparation of print‑ready files.
• Proficiency with Klaviyo for email campaign design.
• Experience creating ads on Google Ads platform.
• Content creation for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
