Mid-level Graphic Designer, Cape Town

About the role

Based in our content production hub in Cape Town, you will work alongside a local multidisciplinary production team and collaborate with Art Directors across international offices to bring visual content to life for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality visual designs for digital and marketing campaigns.
• Expand campaigns by adapting core concepts and creating touchpoint extensions.
• Design for social media, web and other digital platforms.
• Ensure visual brand consistency and quality across all design work.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy and project teams, managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field (additional certifications advantageous).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in graphic design, preferably in a creative or design agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
