About the role

We are seeking a dynamic mid‑level Attorney to join our legal team in Centurion. The role involves delivering expert legal services across multiple practice areas and representing clients in the High Court.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and representation in labour law matters.
• Manage civil litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Handle family law disputes and related court proceedings.
• Advise on commercial law transactions and contractual issues.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and memoranda.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant legislation.
• Liaise with clients, courts, and external counsel.

Required profile

• Admitted Attorney with the right of appearance in the High Court.
• Minimum of 5 years post‑admission experience.
• Professional, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Passionate about delivering excellent legal services.
