Microsoft Sales Specialist – Cloud Solutions

About the role

The Microsoft Sales Specialist will drive consultative sales of Microsoft Cloud solutions, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Security, Copilot and CSP licensing. Working closely with technical specialists, you will create, qualify and convert opportunities that align with customer business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline across existing and prospective customers.
• Identify, qualify and progress opportunities for Microsoft 365, Azure, Security, Copilot, Managed Services and CSP licensing.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, forecast sales and ensure disciplined opportunity tracking.
• Develop account and opportunity plans that reflect the division’s priorities.
• Grow relationships with current customers and acquire new ones by focusing on business outcomes rather than product features.
• Lead discovery conversations to uncover customer priorities, challenges and cloud readiness.
• Position Microsoft solutions to address productivity, security, scalability, cost‑optimization and AI readiness.
• Convert assessments and project opportunities into managed services engagements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in selling Microsoft Cloud services in a consultative, outcome‑focused manner.
• Strong ability to manage a sales pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts.
• Excellent communication skills for business‑focused discovery and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical specialists to design customer‑centric solutions.
