MFC Sales Manager – Stanger

About the role

The MFC Sales Manager will lead a large team of advisors, driving the sales of financial products and services in the Stanger region. You will be responsible for aligning the sales function with the company’s strategic objectives and delivering strong business results.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the sales strategy and business plan for the region, linking it to the broader corporate mission.

• Oversee operational activities, collaborating with senior colleagues on development and delivery initiatives.
