About the role

We are seeking a Member of Technical Staff specializing in Legal Research to join a leading software development company. The position is fully remote and focuses on analysing complex legal and regulatory frameworks to guide product development and ensure compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Research and interpret statutes, regulations, and case law to provide actionable insights for product teams.
• Develop technical frameworks and automation tools that streamline legal research processes.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to embed legal considerations into product design.
• Monitor emerging legal trends and assess their impact on technology solutions.
• Produce technical documentation and guidelines that support legal compliance throughout the development lifecycle.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal qualification.
• Proven experience in legal research, regulatory analysis, and compliance.
• Ability to translate legal concepts into clear technical requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
