About the role
Our client is seeking a skilled BIM Modeller to join a professional team in Cape Town. This opportunity is suited to a technically capable individual with solid Revit and AutoCAD experience who enjoys working across a diverse range of building projects.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate BIM models and technical drawings.
- Work on a variety of building projects, including retail developments.
- Commercial and office developments.
- High‑rise residential buildings.
- Hotel developments.
Required profile
- 3+ years of relevant BIM modelling experience.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Formal or specialised BIM training (advantageous).
- Good attention to detail and a structured approach to technical work.
