Meal Production Reliever (Shift)

About the role
This position supports the Production Department by ensuring daily targets are met while maintaining product integrity. The role operates on a shift basis and may require overtime and weekend work.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain high‑quality standards for all meal products.
- Uphold housekeeping, hygiene and food‑safety standards at all times.
- Follow company rules, procedures and health & safety guidelines.
- Perform planned maintenance on assigned assets.
- Handle administration and record‑keeping tasks, including SOP documentation.
Required profile
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- 2‑3 years of relevant production experience.
- Logical thinker with strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Effective communicator with supervisors and management.
- Team‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Willingness to work shifts, overtime and weekends.
