MEA Executive Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for a mature, highly capable Executive Business Partner to support the CEO office in Cape Town. The role acts as a trusted partner, combining personal assistance, strategic coordination and analytical reporting to enhance executive effectiveness across the CEO, Senior Executive, Head of Digital & Go‑To‑Market and Chief of Staff.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex, multi‑stakeholder executive diaries and prioritize time in line with business priorities.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, materials and logistics, and handle executive inboxes.
• Plan and execute local and international travel, including itineraries, visas and contingencies.
• Track and drive follow‑through on strategic initiatives, maintain RAG status reporting and prepare management dashboards.
• Develop executive‑ready PowerPoint presentations, briefing packs and reports, and consolidate data from systems such as SAP.
• Leverage AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT) to automate tasks and improve output quality.

Required profile

• Proactive, detail‑oriented professional with strong discretion and communication skills.
• Ability to operate across multiple senior stakeholders and ensure alignment and execution discipline.
• Experience in supporting C‑level executives in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced PowerPoint and Word proficiency.
• Strong Excel and Power BI capabilities for dashboard creation.
• Experience with SAP or equivalent enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT.
