MEA Business Operations Support Coordinator

About the role

The MEA Business Operations Support Coordinator acts as the operational backbone for Manitou’s Middle East & Africa region. Based in Dubai, the role blends office management, budget oversight, and sales performance support to enable the MEA VP and MD to focus on strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Dubai legal entity, office budgets, local payroll coordination, and liaison with local authorities.
• Streamline the VP/MD agenda, handle complex scheduling, and anticipate administrative needs.
• Support regional teams on business issues, organize events, and coordinate travel.
• Structure and monitor the regional commercial plan, translating strategy into actionable sales initiatives.
• Oversee dealer credit lines, calculate and payout dealer bonuses, and ensure compliance with pricing policies.
• Provide market feedback, mediate operational issues, and use digital tools (ASM, CDP) to generate business forecasts.

Required profile

• Strong administrative and governance experience, preferably in an international setting.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and financial processes.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on efficiency and detail.
• Experience supporting senior leadership and coordinating cross‑functional teams.
