Maternity Cover Designer (Creative Production)

About the role

Le Boat is seeking a Designer to join the Creative Production team on a maternity‑cover basis. Reporting to the Creative Production Manager, you will collaborate with the Design Lead, Creative Director and marketing teams to produce on‑brand creative that enhances every customer touchpoint.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality design assets for CRM, social media, websites, paid media and print.
• Deliver campaign creative across multiple formats, channels and markets.
• Adapt designs for different audiences, languages and destinations.
• Support website updates and landing‑page design.
• Help evolve and maintain a consistent visual identity across all channels.
• Use AI tools to support ideation, creative development and production workflows.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a design role, preferably in an agency or in‑house setting.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital, social, print and campaign work.
• Ability to work collaboratively with copywriters, marketers and cross‑functional teams.
• Interest or experience in travel, lifestyle or hospitality brands is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Solid skills in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience with AI‑powered design tools such as Pencil AI.
• Knowledge of motion design or video editing tools (e.g., After Effects) is an advantage.
