Marketing Manager – Supply Chain & Logistics

About the role

Our client, a leading supplier of transport, logistics and supply chain services in Kraaifontein near Cape Town, is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead all marketing activities. The role will shape brand presence, drive business growth and engage stakeholders across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Build and maintain a strong corporate identity with consistent messaging.
• Manage online presence, including website, social media and digital campaigns to generate leads.
• Oversee creation of marketing materials, presentations, newsletters and case studies.
• Conduct competitor and industry analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate with People & Culture to promote company values and employee initiatives.
• Partner with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure marketing supports business relationships.
• Plan, monitor and allocate the marketing budget for cost‑effective campaigns.
• Track KPIs, prepare performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate events, social gatherings and promotional activities for the group of companies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing within supply chain, logistics or related B2B environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi‑channel campaigns and manage budgets.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs and reporting performance.
