Marketing Manager – Performance Marketing (Remote, South Africa)

About the role

Consilio is looking for a hands‑on Marketing Manager to lead performance‑driven campaigns for its US‑focused technology business. The role is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, fully remote and based in South Africa, working hours aligned with US teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise performance marketing initiatives across email, website and paid media channels.
• Develop, segment, copywrite and deploy targeted email campaigns and analyse their results.
• Create marketing content such as thought‑leadership pieces, sales‑enablement materials and case studies for legal staffing and talent audiences.
• Maintain brand consistency by collaborating with design resources and applying visual branding guidelines.
• Coordinate with global and regional stakeholders on campaign objectives, timelines and deliverables.
• Track, measure and report KPI data to drive continuous improvement.
• Support the development of landing pages, recruitment assets and messaging for talent acquisition.
• Contribute to organic and paid social media strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of hands‑on marketing experience, preferably within a global technology firm.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong written communication skills and confidence in producing client‑facing materials.
• Experience working with US‑based or global companies and collaborating across time zones.
• Based in South Africa and able to work 12:00‑21:00 SAST.
