Marketing Manager

About the role

This position is for a strategic and hands‑on Marketing Manager in Johannesburg, supporting FNB's Rand Merchant Bank International division. The role drives growth, client acquisition and brand strength across key markets such as the UK, USA, India and China.

Key responsibilities

• Translate RMB’s business objectives into integrated marketing and communications plans for priority international regions.
• Develop and execute comprehensive market‑specific campaigns while maintaining a unified brand presence.
• Collaborate with country leadership, product specialists, central marketing centres of excellence and external agencies.
• Leverage market intelligence, client insights and competitor analysis to inform channel selection, messaging and investment decisions.
• Plan, manage and report on marketing budgets, timelines, performance outcomes and corrective actions.
