Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of brand‑aligned marketing strategies across Premier Hotels & Resorts’ portfolio in Cape Town. The role will drive brand awareness, visibility and revenue through integrated multi‑channel campaigns while maintaining consistent brand standards across all properties.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement integrated marketing strategies and campaigns for both B2C and B2B audiences.
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms, properties and communication channels.
• Oversee digital marketing, social media, content performance and analytics.
• Lead the planning, execution and reporting of multi‑channel campaigns.
• Coordinate public relations, media relations and corporate communications.
• Support hotel teams with aligned marketing initiatives and collateral.
• Manage marketing budgets, track ROI and monitor performance metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 5–8 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality or travel.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication, project management and leadership capabilities.

Required skills

• Digital marketing and campaign management expertise.
• Experience with social media strategy and content performance analysis.
• Knowledge of brand management and public relations.
