Marketing Manager

About the role

Southern Oil is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead its marketing department. You will develop and execute strategic plans that boost brand awareness, engage customers, and drive revenue growth across both digital and retail channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement integrated marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and increase market share.
• Plan, launch and monitor campaigns, promotions, events and digital initiatives that resonate with target audiences.
• Conduct market research to capture consumer trends, competitor activity and economic factors affecting the business.
• Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media, e‑commerce and online customer engagement.
• Optimize in‑store marketing, visual merchandising and overall customer experience.
• Provide creative direction for brand assets, product launches and multimedia content.
• Collaborate with sales, content, video and external agency partners to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Track marketing ROI, refine campaigns and support sales targets across channels.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading marketing teams and managing budgets.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, brand development and customer behavior.
• Ability to translate strategic plans into actionable project plans.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
