Marketing Manager – Business Banking

About the role

Capitec Bank is seeking an energetic and self‑motivated Marketing Manager to lead the integrated marketing plan for its Business Banking division. You will act as a strategic partner to business stakeholders, translating market insights into impactful campaigns that attract and retain quality clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that deliver the right message to the right client at the right time.
• Assess business challenges and propose effective marketing solutions across multiple business units.
• Collaborate with Business Unit Executives to create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor market landscape and client needs to continuously optimise marketing tactics.
• Support product and service promotion while enhancing Capitec’s market presence.
