Marketing Intern

About the role

Provide support and receive training across all areas of De Heus' marketing strategy, assisting the Marketing Assistant with project execution and brand development.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and finalising marketing materials up to print‑ready status.
• Support promotional campaigns, media liaison, photo shoots and advert design.
• Gather articles, testimonials and draft basic content based on information from technical advisors and product managers.
• Help plan and execute events, exhibitions, sponsorships and training weeks.
• Administer social media pages, analyse performance data and create Facebook/Instagram campaigns.
• Maintain the De Heus website, mobile ordering app and order‑tracking platforms.
• Coordinate branding assets such as farm signs, flags, gifts and promotional items.
• Compile marketing reports, budgets and market‑research data for internal distribution.

Required profile

• GR12 (Grade 12) certificate.
• Marketing diploma or degree.
• Valid Code 08/EB driver’s licence.
• Working knowledge of marketing software programmes and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
