Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator

About the role

Fusion Recruitment is looking for a Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator to join a well‑established manufacturing company on the East Rand of Johannesburg. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining visual brand assets across print, digital and social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design brochures, datasheets, catalogues, and company profiles.
• Create marketing collateral such as banners, posters, calendars, promotional items and branded content.
• Develop engaging social‑media content and manage all company social platforms.
• Produce educational, promotional and project showcase materials, including product photography.
• Assist with basic video creation and editing.
• Coordinate website content updates and liaise with developers/hosting providers.
• Support the sales team with professional marketing and sales material.
• Manage branded corporate clothing, merchandise and printing suppliers.
• Maintain an organized library of all marketing assets.
• Provide basic CAD drawings and simple technical layouts for product documentation.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design and marketing.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent organisational ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Industrial or manufacturing experience is advantageous.
