Marketing Executive

About the role

ABACUS RESOURCE SOLUTIONS and TalentHub International are seeking a Marketing Executive to own end‑to‑end marketing for both brands. The role begins with content creation and campaign management and will evolve to include full pipeline ownership as a Business Development colleague joins.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute content campaigns on LinkedIn, email and other channels for both brands.
• Write and distribute newsletters and email campaigns via Kulea.
• Manage and grow LinkedIn company pages, including organic posts, articles and guides.
• Produce and edit short‑form video, interview and explainer content.
• Explore podcast launch or alternative outreach opportunities.
• Create personal thought‑leadership posts for senior leaders on LinkedIn.
• Maintain a consistent content calendar respecting brand guidelines.
• Report on content performance metrics such as reach, engagement and click‑through rates.
• Design ad‑hoc marketing materials in Canva.
• Own HubSpot CRM data quality, list building and segmentation.
• Build a pipeline of qualified leads and hand them to the incoming Business Development hire.
• Design targeted lead‑generation campaigns and track ROI.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing for recruitment, staffing or B2B professional services.
• Preferably background in the UK recruitment industry.
• Ability to manage both content and commercial aspects of marketing.
