Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive reports directly to the General Manager and is responsible for delivering on‑brand messaging across traditional, digital and social channels to enhance the hotel’s image. The role drives consumer awareness, market share and brand visibility while showcasing Food & Beverage promotions to guests and local patrons.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the annual marketing plan in line with budget, collaborating with the GM, F&B leader, operations and corporate marketing teams.
• Develop and launch direct marketing plans, targeted campaigns and channel activations to increase revenue.
• Partner with regional eCommerce and marketing teams to ensure integrated digital, social and local marketing efforts.
• Act as liaison with external advertising and creative agencies, overseeing campaign execution and creative development.
• Measure success through sales impact, social media engagement and overall brand performance.

Required profile

• Tertiary degree in Communications, Marketing or Business.
• 3‑5 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong understanding of digital distribution and engagement channels.
• Experience managing external agencies and running digital/direct‑response campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional language a plus.
• Highly organized, deadline‑driven and customer‑service oriented.
• Passion for travel and hospitality industries.
