Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing team in daily operations, helping to execute campaigns across digital, print and social channels. The role involves coordinating events, managing content, and analysing performance data to drive marketing effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling and file management.
• Assist in coordinating marketing initiatives across digital, print and social media platforms.
• Support the planning and logistics of webinars, workshops and promotional events.
• Manage social media accounts, create artwork and copy, and schedule posts.
• Collect and analyse performance data from Google Analytics, social dashboards and paid‑campaign tools.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in financial services.
• Digital marketing qualification or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of POPIA, advertising and FSP compliance is a plus.
• Excellent written communication, analytical and project‑management skills.
