About the role
We are seeking a highly organised, detail‑obsessed Marketing Administrator to keep our marketing engine running day‑to‑day. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will be at the centre of our brand story and work closely with a supportive marketing team.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and maintain the social media calendar across platforms.
- Produce template‑based designs for campaigns and communications.
- Manage briefs, track deadlines and ensure smooth hand‑offs between team members.
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and other functions to support all marketing activities.
- Assist in the adoption of AI tools to improve efficiency and creativity.
Required profile
- Highly organised with a strong eye for detail.
- Enthusiastic about learning and using AI‑driven tools.
- Curious, proactive and eager to grow within a modern marketing team.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
