Marketing & Administrative Virtual Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Marketing & Administrative Virtual Assistant to support our online academy for women creators. You will manage daily communications, coordinate brand partnerships, and help repurpose content across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to high‑volume Instagram direct messages from leads.
• Create and publish regular email newsletters to engage students and prospects.
• Repurpose TikTok and Instagram videos into assets for LinkedIn, Substack and other channels.
• Conduct onboarding calls with new brand partners, explaining creator setup and program details.
• Issue monthly invoices, track recurring payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Maintain accurate back‑end records for creators and brand partners.
• Perform general administrative tasks using CRM tools such as GoHighLevel.

Required profile

• 2–4+ years of experience in marketing, client success or social‑media assistance.
• Strong familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Substack.
• Experience with CRM software, preferably GoHighLevel.
• Proficiency in Canva and basic video‑editing capabilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English (native‑level or fluent).
• Experience handling multichannel communication, newsletters and invoicing is a plus.
• Previous work with US clients is preferred.

What we offer

• Fully remote work (preferred candidates in Latin America or South Africa).
• Working hours 9 am‑5 pm MST, US Federal holidays observed.
• Monthly salary between USD 800 and USD 1,200.
