Management Trainee / Junior Driver (Learner) (VR 24)

About the role

The position is a full‑time Management Trainee / Junior Driver (Learner) based in Pretoria, rotating between the company’s offices in Lanseria (Gauteng) and Brits (North West). The role offers hands‑on exposure to sales, logistics and after‑sales support within a specialised diesel generator business.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and support sales processes, customer relationship management and help achieve sales targets.
• Assist logistics operations, including supply‑chain management, inventory control and product distribution.
• Participate in after‑sales service, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Attend training sessions, workshops and take on projects that contribute to departmental goals.

Required profile

• Matric qualification with Pure Mathematics (60‑69%) or Mathematics Literacy (75‑79%).
• 0‑5 years of prior work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, filters, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, pivot tables).
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
