Management Trainee – Food & Beverage (12‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

The Inspire F&B Management Training program is a 12‑month fixed‑term opportunity designed for recent hotel graduates. You will rotate across iconic restaurants, bars and banquet venues, gaining hands‑on experience in all aspects of food and beverage operations within a luxury hotel setting.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional, friendly service and maintain high‑end quality standards.
• Organise employee schedules, monitor staffing levels and ensure effective teamwork.
• Master menu offerings, preparation methods and promote items to guests.
• Handle customer complaints, conduct pre‑service briefings and uphold LQA standards.
• Control inventory, support budgeting and assist with audit preparation.
• Supervise service teams in collaboration with F&B management and personally attend to guest orders.

Required profile

• Graduated from a recognised hotel school or university within the last two years.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Flexible, adaptable and able to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑service oriented with attention to detail.
