About the role

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through key departments (Sales, Logistics, Customer Care, Operations) and complete structured training assignments.
• Analyse operational processes, propose improvements and assist in their implementation.
• Support team leads with administrative tasks, logistics planning and client‑relation activities.
• Apply logical reasoning and critical thinking to solve daily business challenges.

Required profile

• Matric certificate with a Higher Grade Mathematics (C or higher).
• 0–5 years of work experience; recent graduates and high‑potential candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong work ethic, adaptability, high personal integrity and excellent interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel capabilities.
