Management & Sales Trainee Programme

About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our 12‑month Management and Sales Trainee Programme. Based in Pretoria, the successful candidates will rotate through sales and management functions to develop the skills required for future leadership positions within our group of companies.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a structured training curriculum covering sales techniques, customer relationship management and leadership.
• Assist senior managers with market analysis, channel development and sales reporting.
• Engage with clients and prospects to support business development activities.
• Undertake field visits and shadow experienced sales representatives.
• Contribute to team projects aimed at increasing market share and brand equity.

Required profile

• High level of resilience, motivation and results‑orientation.
• Ambitious, self‑starter with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Strong work ethic and competitive spirit.
• Own reliable car for travel between sites.
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
