Management Consultant (Remote, Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a remote Management Consultant to analyze authentic workplace communications and transform fragmented business information into actionable insights. This contract position supports AI agent evaluation by creating realistic business scenarios and detailed prompts.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze Slack conversations, email threads, and internal files to extract actionable insights and context.
• Identify and trace key decisions, action items, dependencies, and unresolved issues across fragmented information.
• Synthesize diverse knowledge sources into complex, realistic tasks for AI agent evaluation.
• Create clear prompts and evaluation rubrics based on provided business materials.
• Distinguish relevant from irrelevant information in evolving business workflows.
• Maintain strict confidentiality while handling authentic workplace data.

Required profile

• Expertise in management, operations, marketing, sales, engineering, or general startup/business operations.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clarify complex workplace exchanges.
• Proven ability to connect information across multiple sources and timelines.
• Experience working with unstructured or messy business data and extracting actionable knowledge.
• Strong judgment in resolving ambiguities and assessing information relevance.
