Luxury Hospitality Sales Person

About the role

The Luxury Hospitality Group is looking for an experienced Sales Person to promote its ultra‑luxury hospitality portfolio across South Africa. Based in Cape Town, you will travel to various properties, showcase unique guest experiences and build strong relationships with travel trade partners.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell luxury hospitality experiences to DMCs, tour operators, travel agents and other industry partners.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and identify new business opportunities.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and market segmentation.
• Conduct sales presentations, product showcases, site inspections and represent the group at trade shows and networking events.
• Host educational visits, familiarisation trips and partner experiences.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and collaborate with marketing and operations to maximise brand exposure.
• Travel to group establishments nationwide and potentially internationally.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality or luxury sales with a results‑driven mindset.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with senior industry partners.
• Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to different property offerings.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
