Luxury Fashion Multi Brand Manager

About the role
The Multi Brand Luxury Brand Manager will lead the strategic and operational performance of a portfolio of luxury fashion brands across 21 retail stores. Reporting to senior leadership, the role focuses on driving sales growth, profitability, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across all channels.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement retail and brand strategies to meet sales, profit, and growth targets.
- Lead overall performance of the multi‑brand store portfolio, monitoring KPIs and market trends.
- Collaborate with Brand Managers to align retail initiatives with brand objectives.
- Analyse sales, sell‑through, and inventory data to optimise trading decisions.
- Manage budgets, forecasts and financial performance, ensuring targets are achieved.
- Ensure optimal stock allocation and replenishment across all stores, partnering with buying and planning teams.
