About the role
Maputsoe Anwary Junior School is looking for a qualified and enthusiastic teacher to lead lower‑grade classes. The successful candidate will create a supportive learning environment for young learners and contribute to the school’s academic excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, deliver and assess lessons for lower‑grade pupils (typically Grades 1‑3).
- Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to develop curriculum and share best practices.
- Participate in school events, meetings and professional development activities.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Primary Education.
- Proven experience teaching lower‑grade students.
- Strong communication abilities and effective classroom management skills.
