Long Term Insurance Sales Agent – Outbound Call Centre

About the role
Our client, a leading financial services provider, is seeking motivated outbound sales consultants to sell long‑term insurance products over the phone. The role is based in Cape Town and involves building relationships while meeting sales targets and compliance standards.
Key responsibilities
- Sell long‑term insurance policies telephonically to prospective clients.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Adhere to quality and compliance processes to minimise business risk.
- Maintain operational efficiency based on productivity measures.
- Handle complaints and objections professionally.
- Develop and sustain strong client relationships.
- Stay updated on product information, rate changes, and industry developments.
Required profile
- Grade 12 qualification.
- At least 1.5 years experience in an outbound sales call centre with targets.
- Financial services experience is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and another South African official language.
- Clear criminal and credit record.
- Willingness to work overtime.
