Logistics Technical Trainee

About the role

This 12‑month Logistics Technical Trainee program immerses you in distribution, warehousing and inventory functions. You will rotate through four‑month cycles, work on real projects, and interact with senior leaders while following the 70‑20‑10 learning model (70% experience, 20% relationships, 10% coursework).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Maximum of 3 years full‑time professional experience.
• Willingness to relocate during and after the program.
• Full proficiency in English.
• Ambitious, curious, bold, resilient and results‑driven.
• Strong sense of ownership and desire to make an impact.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
