Logistics Foreman

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Foreman to oversee daily construction logistics activities, coordinate site operations, and supervise labour and subcontractors on major construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily logistics activities on site.
• Coordinate labour, subcontractors and equipment.
• Manage material handling and lifting operations.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Maintain logistics records and produce daily reports.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of construction logistics or site operations experience.
• Proven experience supervising construction site personnel.
• Knowledge of material handling and lifting operations.
• Familiarity with construction safety procedures.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings.
• Basic computer and reporting skills.
