LMA Manager – Campaign & Analytics Leader

About the role

The LMA Manager will act as the strategic bridge between business partners and internal teams, translating business priorities into actionable campaigns, insights and solutions that deliver measurable value. You will lead a team of campaign engineers, champion data‑driven decision making and ensure end‑to‑end value delivery across campaign management, analytics and capability enablement.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with business partners, understanding their KPIs, objectives and challenges.
• Guide partners through planning, execution and post‑campaign analytics, delivering insights and optimisation recommendations.
• Lead a team of campaign engineers, providing direction, coaching and performance monitoring.
• Manage demand across operational, analytics, capability and project streams.
• Oversee campaign execution with focus on quality, speed and efficiency, continuously improving processes and governance.
• Identify and mitigate blockers, risks and issues across the value chain.
• Produce management reports and maintain visibility of team performance.
• Present confidently in executive forums and create high‑quality presentations and reports.
