About the role

Alpha is looking for LLB graduates to join its legal team as Litigation Executives. This role offers the chance to manage a litigated caseload while supporting fellow Litigation Executives and Claims Handlers.

Key responsibilities

Draft legal documents, applications, offers, orders and directions.
Attend telephone conferences and manage cases in line with service level agreements.
Review quantum, assess general and special damages, and formalise case plans.
Conduct telephone negotiations and liaise with third‑party solicitors, insurers, insurer clients and lay clients.
Manage client expectations professionally, prioritise workload, develop action plans and meet targets.

Required profile

LLB degree (essential).
Minimum six months legal experience as an admitted attorney or candidate attorney.
Experience in civil litigation (required).
Experience in motor vehicle accidents, RAF claims, third‑party claims, contract law or insurance work is advantageous.
Enthusiastic, self‑motivated and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
