Litigation Attorney

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Litigation Attorney to join our legal team in Randburg. The successful candidate will handle litigation matters from inception through to finalisation, representing clients confidently in court.

Key responsibilities

• Manage litigation cases independently, from initial assessment to resolution.
• Appear in court and represent clients effectively.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Maintain client relationships and provide legal advice throughout the case lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the litigation team to meet monthly billing targets.

Required profile

• Admitted attorney with 1‑5 years of post‑admission litigation experience.
• Proven ability to manage cases autonomously.
• Strong client consulting and relationship‑management skills.
• Comfortable working within a team environment.
• Available to start as soon as possible.
