Key responsibilities

• Lead litigation matters independently, from inception to resolution.
• Handle commercial recoveries and debt‑collection cases.
• Draft and review contracts, conveyancing documents, and notarial deeds.
• Maintain client communication and ensure compliance with court procedures.
• Collaborate with senior partners on complex legal strategies.

Required profile

• Admitted attorney with a minimum of 5 years post‑qualification experience.
• Strong background in litigation and commercial recoveries.
• Ability to manage cases autonomously and meet tight deadlines.
• Admission as a conveyancer is advantageous.
