Linen Assistant (Laundry Team)

About the role
The Linen Assistant will join the laundry team at ARI, supporting the safe and efficient handling of hospital linen. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands‑on work in a healthcare environment and are keen to develop practical skills through a comprehensive training programme.
Key responsibilities
- Perform all tasks related to linen collection, sorting, washing, and distribution.
- Follow health and safety procedures to ensure safe handling of linen.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area in the laundry facility.
- Assist with inventory checks and report any issues to the Linen Services Manager.
Required profile
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Commitment to working safely in a team environment.
