About the role
The Life Telesales Consultant will work in the Discovery Connect Sales call centre in KwaZulu‑Natal, reporting to the sales team leader. The role focuses on conducting Discovery Life telesales, handling inbound and outbound calls, and managing related administration.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve Life sales targets.
- Communicate with members via fax and email.
- Perform general administration tasks.
- Conduct Financial Needs Analysis.
- Overcome objections and adhere to service level agreements.
Required profile
- Target‑driven and goal‑oriented.
- Team player with strong resilience.
- Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to change.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Fluent English (accent neutral) and Afrikaans.
